1 General Terms

By accessing the Mamo Baji website or mobile app, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Mamo Baji.

Mamo Baji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before any changes come into effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must be made from your own payment account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

Wagering Requirements

• Casino bonus wagering: 20x the bonus amount

Bonus Abuse

Mamo Baji takes a strict stance on bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming Bonuses Through Multiple Accounts
• Placing opposing bets to avoid bonus wagering requirements (arbitrage)
• Use of Bots or Automated Methods
• Operating multiple accounts from a family member's or friend's device or network

5 Betting Rules

Bet Placement Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If your internet connection drops or your device experiences an issue, any confirmed bet will remain valid. Always verify all details carefully before placing a bet.

Incorrect Odds & Technical Errors

If abnormal or incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error or malfunction, Mamo Baji reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the deposits. "Clearly incorrect odds" refers to odds that differ from the market price by 20% or more.

Event Cancellation or Suspension

• If an event is held before its scheduled time Within 48 hours If the event does not start within the specified time, the bet will be voided and a refund will be issued.
• If a game is incomplete, settlement will be based on the official result.
• If a match is cancelled due to weather or any other reason, the relevant rules will apply.

Maximum Win Limit

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mamo Baji:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same person.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit.
• Account Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person.
• Automation: Automated betting using bots, scripts, or software.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a channel for money laundering.
• Hacking or Manipulation: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's code, systems, or database.
• Fake Identity: Creating an account using false information.

7 Account Closure & Termination

Closed by you

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Cancelled by Mamo Baji

Mamo Baji may terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Terms Violation
• Failure to Submit Verification Documents
• Suspicious Financial Activity
• Evidence of Fraud or Abuse
• Legal or regulatory reasons

Inactive Accounts

Consecutive 12 Months An account will be marked inactive if there are no transactions or logins. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
